Suit LS2, L98, L76, L77, LS3, LSA, does not suit aftermarket 6 bolt block/head combos. This manifold is recommended for power applications around the 400-650KW mark, we have tested this manifold over 750KW
Turbine inlet suit V band g42/g45
Designed, built and tested in house at our Albury workshop- a proven cost effective option that boasts capable performance and longevity. This option is given to the customer to buy the manifolds only if you choose to build the rest of the turbo kit at your end. This is not a Chinese imitation that riddles the performance market, this is 100% fabricated in Australia from start to finish by Australian tradesmen!
- Log style configuration
- Heavy wall primaries (1.5” ID) and heavy wall crossover pipe (2” ID)
- 60mm wastegate flange suits turbosmart powergate. Wastegate positioned under the car which gives either or both options to run the gate to atmosphere or easily plumb it back into the exhaust hassle free
- 12mm thick 9 bolt header flanges exclusive to Killaboost’s design
- Rear crossover configuration available to suit either the factory manual or the factory automatic
- Immaculate fitment and easy plug access
- Compatible with all factory accessories including AC lines for the VE and VF model (gen4 powersteering pump relocation bracket kit required for ve models)
- TIG weld construction
- Milled gasket faces on header flanges for a perfect, long lasting and reliable seal to cylinder head. This is a proven and superior method than linishing which is known as the cheaper way out and less effective
- V band connection for the crossover pipe using male/female self aligning flanges, turbine inlet also features V band connection
- Also included is the fabricated engine mount required for this manifold to work in the VE/VF

IF INSTALLING THIS MANIFOLD INTO A VE USING THE FACTORY POWERSTEERING PUMP YOU WILL NEED OUR RELOCATION BRACKET KIT, available from the accessories section.
***FACTORY AUTO TRANS LINES ARE IN AN AWKWARD SPOT, the crossover can fit and work with the standard trans cooler lines but we do recommend going to a flexible line and reroute it to suit these new additions.***
