Designed, built and tested in house at our Albury workshop- proven year in, year out since 2013. This turbo system is backed by over a decade worth of solid results in the relentless pursuit of excellence. A cost effective option that boasts capable performance, longevity and simplicity. This is not another cheap imitation that riddles the performance market, this is 100% fabricated in Australia from start to finish by Australian tradesmen!
The power output of this turbo system is estimated around the 400-650RWKW range for use in mild 6.0 and 6.2 litre combinations. Power output typically is dictated by your overall combo- especially the fuel being used which is a major factor. The highest output seen from this kit is 747RWKW in a MANUAL 6.0litre (e85). This sort of power is not a recommended power output for this kit but it will go there if you want it to!

- TURBO SUPPLIED: PULSAR 7975 (G42-1450 equivalent), 1.15 a/r V BAND IN/OUT
- WASTEGATE SUPPLIED: TURBOSMART GEN5 60mm POWERGATE black

- INTERCOOLER SUPPLIED: PLAZMANAN 500/400/76 1200hp swept tank intercooler (RAW)
MANIFOLDS SUPPLIED IN THE KIT…..
- Log style configuration suit v band entry G42/G45
- Heavy wall primaries (1.5” ID) and heavy wall crossover pipe (2” ID)
- 60mm wastegate flange suits turbosmart powergate. Wastegate positioned under the car which gives either or both options to run the gate to atmosphere or easily plumb it back into the exhaust hassle free
- 12mm thick 9 bolt header flanges exclusive to Killaboost’s design
- Rear crossover configuration available to suit either the factory manual or the factory automatic
- Immaculate fitment and easy plug access
- Compatible with all factory accessories including AC lines for the VE and VF model
- TIG weld construction
- Milled gasket faces on header flanges for a perfect, long lasting and reliable seal to cylinder head. This is a proven and superior method than linishing which is known as the cheaper way out and less effective
- V band connection for the crossover pipe using male/female self aligning flanges, turbine inlet also features V band connection

- 3.5” to oval 4” dump pipe including all correct v bands and clamps. This dump pipe RETAINS factory ac lines and fanbox. The v band at the bottom of the dump pipe includes the female flange for the customer to weld to when completing exhaust under the car

- Sturdy 4 point fabricated intercooler mounts (ve specific)

- Complete hand fabricated and beaded 3” intercooler piping kit model specific to ve. Includes all joiners, clamps and the sensor port for IAT sensor. Intercooler piping powdercoated TEXTURA BLACK. This also includes modifying compressor outlet of the turbocharger so that your factory wheelwell fits as factory (IAT AND MAP SENSORS NOT INCLUDED), compressor housing raw, not powdercoated

- Complete replacement fabricated bolt in passenger side engine mount to accomodate for turbo manifold fitment. Retains use of the factory rubber engine mount

- Coolant temp sensor extension harness, to be able to relocate the coolant temp sensor to drivers side cylinder head plug and play without having to modify the factory engine loom

- Supply brand new NON genuine timing cover suit GEN4 engines (front cam sensor), includes brand new timing cover gasket, and crank seal fitted ready to install, sensor not included
* Supplied timing cover comes pre-modified with 110mm long 3/4” aluminium hardline protruding from timing cover, works to clear the factory sized balancer and the factory alternator position/bracket. On the end of the hardline is a pre-fitted AN12 male fitting. All modifications are TIG welded and no further welding or fabrications are required
* Stainless steel, hand fabricated hardline drain pipe to drain directly from turbo core. Material is 1” 304 tube 1.6mm wall. Drain line is approx 7” long and finishes in AN12 male weld on fitting, internally tapered. The drain pipe eliminates the risk of drain line heat failure, and creates the most volume to utilise gravity from turbo core for best return results
* Supply AN12 flexible section inc 2 x AN12 pushlok fittings to join timing cover to fabricated drain pipe- line needs to be cut to required length to suit
* Supply AN4 200 series braided turbo feed line- pre made to length for ve-vf
* AN4 CNC machined adapter fitting bolted to turbo core
* Supply 90 deg AN4 adapter fitting for oil feed from sump (gets tapped into 2 bolt plate above oil filter, 1/8”NPT tap is required)
- In addition, a very inclusive and informative instruction manual is loaded onto a USB stick that you can plug into your pc for the install
Price is Inclusive of GST and freight within and surrounding major capital cities of Australia being Melbourne, Sydney, central coast, south coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunny coast and Toowoomba, Townsville, Adelaide and Perth. Outside of these areas being NT, and far north WA or anything that would be regarded as remote rural PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING.
Due to the large and heavy nature of a complete turbo system that is secured to a pallet, no residential deliveries or bookings can be made. All deliveries must go to a commercial address preferably with a forklift, if no commercial address is available the pallet will be sent to nearest freight depot and customer can collect from there.
